Lawrence Roll-Up Doors Introduces Fire Door Release

Lawrence Roll-Up Doors Inc. introduces a new Fire Door Release to supplement its Fire and Smoke Control Door Products offerings.

This latest addition is the Model AR-D failsafe time delayed release device for new or existing manual or motor operated fire doors. It is UL 864-compliant without the need or expense of battery back-up.

Features include a constantly energized solenoid that will cause a fire door to close after a preset time delay upon a loss of power or initiation by alarm or local detector(s). Audible/visible warnings and closed position detection options are also available. The device can be powered by 120 VAC, 24 VAC or 24 VDC.
